 Make restore-gnome a public utility 
Until now, `_restore_gnome` was only triggered during `update-machine`.
Yet, sometimes I use this function manually, for example, whenever
I play around with Gnome's settings and extensions.

Shell Utilities

This folder contains various files that provide utilities to be used in the shell.

Originally, they all were defined in one big "~/.config/shell/utils.sh" file but are now split across many smaller files here for clarity.
