Add installation instructions - to ensure even an absolute beginner gets a PostgreSQL server up and running, the default installation assumes that the student first installs VirtualBox with a Ubuntu Desktop machine in it - on the Ubuntu guest machine, the apt packages postgresql and postgresql-contrib are installed first
